Industry-Leading Assistant Sales Manager RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for solar energy to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and a minimum of two years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the solar, electrical, or engineering sector. A valid motorcycle license is mandatory, as well as company-provided motorbike with a monthly fuel allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales plans and achieving monthly sales targets through strategic product presentations and client visits.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals, while maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring timely deal closures.
  • Conduct site surveys and educate clients on solar systems, ensuring seamless project execution with technical and installation teams.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and target-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools is also required.
