Job Title: Solar Sales Specialist – Solar Energy

About Us:

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a results-driven and technically skilled Technical Sales & Design Engineer who can understand client needs, offer customized solar solutions, and confidently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and generate leads through market visits, referrals, and online platforms.


• Conduct site surveys to assess energy requirements and propose tailored solar solutions.


• Follow up with prospects and successfully convert leads into sales.


• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Prepare and present system proposals, including design layouts, ROI calculations, and financial benefits.


• Create solar system designs using SketchUp or similar tools.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and after-sales support.


• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities.


• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Stay updated with solar market trends, competitor products, and government incentives.


• Participate in field visits, awareness campaigns, and other marketing activities.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Energy, or a related Engineering field (preferred).


• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar or energy sales.


• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


• Proficiency in solar design tools such as SketchUp, PVsyst, etc.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• A motivated, confident, and sales-focused mindset.


• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients effectively.


• Prior experience in field sales will be an advantage.

• Must be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad.


• Must own a bike for field visits and client meetings.


• Willingness to travel and work in a target-based role.
