Key Responsibilities

  • Establish efficient planning systems, scheduling and cost control procedures.
  • Oversee the development of planning schedules, progress measurement, monitoring, and proposals planning systems.
  • Compile comprehensive Project Plans for project teams and clients.
  • Generate standard reports on daily, weekly or monthly progress, efficiency and costs.
  • Identify variations from standard benchmarks or budget parameters.
  • Prepare Project Progress for Invoice purposes.
  • Regulate and monitor subcontractors' activities.
  • Ensure up-to-date revisions of drawings and specifications through Document Control processes.
  • C Coordinate training sessions for planning, scheduling and monitoring best practices.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering with 10+ years experience in similar roles within engineering/construction companies.
  • Proven leadership qualities in heading multidiscipline planning workforces.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Primavera project planner and MS Office software.
