Planning and Controlling Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee strategic planning and control within our manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create effective planning strategies for CAPEX and OPEX investments, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Develop demand planning functions, allocating departmental accountabilities as needed, to optimize production capacity.
  • Maintain inventory controls and calibrate supply chain processes to align with production plans, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Optimize production facility settings for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity in collaboration with the Production team.
  • Establish and manage Planning MIS functions to facilitate timely decision-making and corrective action planning.
  • Monitor procurement processes and utilize raw materials and production resources efficiently, minimizing abnormal losses.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations on production plans and inventory procurement to maximize competitiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in planning and controlling within a manufacturing organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to create effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Planning MIS systems and software.
