IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to provide top-notch customer support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and strong interpersonal abilities to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are advantageous.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as an IT officer or similar role.
