Senior IT Operations Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Manager to lead our IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and promote a strategic IT vision to drive business growth.
  2. Establish, document, and enforce standards and procedures for IT operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  3. Analyze and improve the infrastructure to optimize performance and scalability.
  4. Maintain data integrity through the development and implementation of SQL queries and other tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Expertise in RDBMS & SQL (Language) with ability to design and implement databases.
  • Proficiency in Networking & Internet Technology with experience in configuring network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Windows server, preferably AS/400, and experience with database management systems.
  • Knowledge of production control systems and strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to develop staff skill sets and negotiate effectively.
