At SSGC, we are seeking an accomplished Database Infrastructure Manager to oversee our entire database infrastructure.

This is a critical role that requires strategic planning, technical expertise, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the organization's database infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

  • Develop high-availability and quality database systems tailored to end-user requirements.
  • Set goals aligned with IT and organizational strategies.
  • Define user access and enable timely data distribution in appropriate formats.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to align database designs with IT standards.

Additional responsibilities include providing leadership to the Database Administration team, fostering development and training, managing vendor relationships, staying updated on technological advancements, and developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

The ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP and CC&B Database Administration.

Relevant certifications will be preferred. This position oversees and manages the organization's entire database infrastructure, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Enterprise Database for Customer Care and Billing, among other systems.
