Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the procurement process from start to finish, including researching and identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their products and services, and negotiating prices and terms.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of purchases, managing inventory levels, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

In addition, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the procurement process from start to finish.
  2. Research and identify potential suppliers.
  3. Evaluate supplier products and services.
  4. Negotiate prices and terms.
  5. Maintain accurate records of purchases.
  6. Manage inventory levels.
  7. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
