Senior Financial Operations Manager Job

This challenging role involves overseeing the financial integrity of an organization through accurate record-keeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

The position is ideal for seasoned finance professionals who want to leverage their skills in a dynamic environment contributing to Pakistan's economic development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations including payments, record-keeping, and monthly closing.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of financial statements.
  • Conduct regular financial audits ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Compliance & Taxation:
  • Maintain compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws applicable to the organization.
  • Prepare and manage tax reports ensuring timely filing and adherence to tax compliance requirements.
ERP System Management:
  • Leverage Oracle NetSuite ERP to automate and optimize financial processes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the ERP system to maintain financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve any ERP-related issues.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate must possess a blend of educational qualifications, professional experience, and skill proficiency to handle the responsibilities effectively.

Education:
  • CA or ACCA qualification with completed articleship is mandatory for this position.
Professional Experience:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in audit, accounts, and financial operations.
  • Strong background in financial management, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Proven track record in managing accounting records, payments, and monthly financial closings.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Advanced expertise in ERP systems especially Oracle NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
