Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering hardware and software demonstrations, conducting client visits, managing technical evaluations, and proposing tailored IT-based solutions in biometric and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live demonstrations of hardware and software solutions for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
  • Perform trial installations and in-house testing of various products to ensure their quality and effectiveness.
  • Visit client sites for pre-installation assessments and requirement analysis, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior decision-makers to propose optimal solutions that meet their needs and goals.
  • Provide technical support related to product configuration, lock fixing, and cabling, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all company products (hardware, software, complete solutions), staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements.
  • Manage and support the pre-requisition process for client projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written), with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in creating engaging presentations and reports.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions and technical sales, with the ability to pitch and support hardware-based solutions.

Requirements:

  • Owning a bike is mandatory, as you will need to visit client sites on occasion.
  • Being physically fit and willing to work on field-based tasks, including traveling to client locations.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT-related field, with a strong background in technical sales and solutions.
