Business Development Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent client communication skills, lead management expertise, and business outreach abilities through cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead management.
  • Manage and maintain leads in the CRM system, with preference for Zoho.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Present and promote products/services to potential clients, utilizing strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored business solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the department, working collaboratively with the sales team.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0.5–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities are necessary for success.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably Zoho, is a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in the software or IT services industry would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and lead generation strategies would be advantageous.
