Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Human Resource to join our team at First American Corp Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in conducting audits, administering tests, and providing payroll information.

  • The ideal candidate will schedule examinations by coordinating appointments and welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • You will provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • The Assistant Manager Human Resource will be responsible for submitting employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • We require someone who can maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • The selected candidate must maintain quality service by following organization standards and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Making photocopies, faxes documents, and performing other clerical functions are essential tasks in this position.
  • Filing papers and documents into appropriate employee files is also a critical responsibility.
  • Assisting or preparing correspondence is another key duty of this role.
  • The Assistant Manager Human Resource will be responsible for preparing new employee files.
Responsibilities

HR Functions: Conduct audits, administer tests, provide payroll information, maintain employee information, submit employee data reports

Administrative Functions: Provide secretarial support, make photocopies, fax documents, file papers and documents, assist or prepare correspondence

Team Collaboration: Contribute to team effort, accomplish related results as needed, maintain quality service, adapt to changes in the work environment
