Assistant Manager Human Resource

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Human Resource to join our team at First American Corp Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits, administering tests, and providing payroll information.

  • You will schedule examinations by coordinating appointments and welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • The ideal candidate will provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • The Assistant Manager Human Resource will be responsible for submitting employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • We require someone who can maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • The selected candidate must maintain quality service by following organization standards and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Making photocopies, faxes documents, and performing other clerical functions are essential tasks in this position.
  • Filing papers and documents into appropriate employee files is also a critical responsibility.
  • Assisting or preparing correspondence is another key duty of this role.
  • The Assistant Manager Human Resource will be responsible for preparing new employee files.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources, preferably in auditing and compliance

Skillset: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
