Job Title:

IT Governance & Project Management Leader

Overview

This role is responsible for managing successful project deliveries including strategic planning, budget management, risk assessment and change implementation.

  • We are looking for a highly experienced IT professional to lead our project management team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Negotiating audit issues with Internal Audit Group/External audit to impact the final audit report rating.
  • Managing internal and external audit IT-specific requests.
  • Communicating with the team and ensuring all members are on board with delegated tasks.
  • Creating detailed project plans and monitoring progress.
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Reporting and escalating to senior management as needed.
  • Highlighting potential risks or malfunctions and acting proactively to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields from HEC recognized institution.
  • Minimum 05 years' experience of proven experience in managing successful project deliveries.
  • PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Prince2 certification is preferred.
  • Complete awareness of SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with project management software like MS Project and JIRA.
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
