Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – IT Solutions

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager (Enterprise IT Products and Solutions) to drive System Integration business, offer growth through focused pipeline development and deal closure. The role requires a sales professional with strong Industry relationships, capabilities in lead generation, opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and successfully closing complex Enterprise IT sales.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle within the IT solutions domain, including cybersecurity, networking, cloud, data center infrastructure, and enterprise software solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution selling with a proven track record of both pipeline development and successful deal closure.
  • Strong knowledge across enterprise IT solutions: Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, SaaS, Data Center, and Infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating leads, qualifying opportunities, managing proposals, and closing sales.
  • Proven ability to engage with decision makers: CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, and Partner Executives.
  • In-depth understanding of partner ecosystems, distribution models, and vendor channel programs.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ownership, discipline, and accountability for sales targets.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant field (BBA, MBA, BSCS, BSIT or equivalent).
  • Sales certifications from vendors or sales institutes will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, pipeline management, and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within city and inter-city as per job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting, lead generation, and business development activities.
  • Own and drive the complete sales cycle: from initial engagement, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop account plans and pursue high-value opportunities within enterprise accounts, government, and channel partner segments.
  • Present solutions to C-level executives, IT heads, CISOs, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct customers and channel partners.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and vendor teams to design the most suitable solutions for customer requirements.
  • Stay fully updated on vendor products, licensing models, pricing structures, (Fortinet, Sophos, TrendMicro, Cisco, Dell Enterprise, HP Enterprise, Barracuda, SolarWinds, Netwrix, Alcatel-Lucent, etc).
  • Provide accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and regular reporting to management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to continuously identify business opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of Quarterly Sales and Revenue Targets (specific targets will be assigned after mutual discussion at onboarding).
  • Healthy and growing sales pipeline as per company benchmarks.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of pipeline status, forecasts, and closures.
  • Conversion ratio from qualified leads to closed deals.
  • Customer retention, repeat business, and account growth.

Compensation

  • Commensurate with Experience, past performance, and future Target Commitments.
  • Additional allowances and benefits as per company policy.

Skills :

English Written and Spoken.

Use of AI platforms such as Chatgpt / Copilot etc.

Presentation skills in front of Large or Highly Knowledgeable upscale audiences
