Branch Manager Job Description

Effective Retail Branch Managers oversee daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures. They ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a BA in Business or a related field and minimum 2+ years' experience in retail management or supervision. A proven track record of successfully hiring and training staff is essential.
