
Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our sales and distribution team as a Territory Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding market presence, and leading a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product visibility and availability in assigned territories.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide regular market feedback, sales insights, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
