About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior litigation officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level legal support to the company in litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to protect the company's interests in law suits filed or defended by the company within the jurisdiction of deployed locations.
  • Coordinate with departments at the Head Office to collect necessary documents, follow up on law suits or finalize other matters requiring input from the Legal department.
  • Assist in developing a considered legal view on referred issues/cases/queries primarily related to litigation matters based on existing laws, rules, regulations, and related research.
  • Represent the company in court hearings and ensure that proceedings are properly documented and presented for review.
What You'll Need To Do
  • Identify and assess risks under your management and develop risk response strategies.
  • Monitor risks and response strategies under your management and ensure accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.
