Human Resources Manager Job Description

As a skilled HR professional, you will play a vital role in the success of our organization by consistently recruiting and developing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing staff members to meet business objectives.
  • Resolve conflicts through constructive mediation and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Carry out administrative duties, including performance reviews and policy development.
  • Maintain workplace health and safety compliance and employee privacy.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent is required. Proven experience in HR, conflict resolution, and education/training is necessary for this position. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications is expected from candidates.

Job Specification: To lead and manage HR functions effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent is required. Relevant experience in HR, conflict resolution, and education/training is necessary. Strong leadership and communication skills are required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent is preferred. Advanced certification in HR, training, or related field is beneficial.
