Sr. Manager Administration And HR
Job Description:This role is responsible for overseeing the administrative and human resources functions of an organization.
The Sr. Manager will provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals in Administration and Human Resources, ensuring optimal utilization of their potential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, with a focus on human resources, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and administrative skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include preparing and implementing HR policies, liaising between management and employees, managing training programs, and maintaining procurement records.
The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, and for performing any other duties assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:- Masters in Business Administration in HR or a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to discipline and motivate employees.
- Experience in designing and expanding training and development programs.
