Senior Manager Administration and Human Resources

This role oversees the administration and human resources functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies aligned with the company's vision and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between top management and employees.
  • Lead a team of professionals in Administration and Human Resource Department to optimize their performance.
  • Prepare forecasts and projections for administrative and human resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide necessary support.
  • Maintain office buildings, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and vehicles in a proper and economical manner.
  • Manage procurements and ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor updates.
  • Supervise employee recruitments, transfers, postings, trainings, performance evaluations, increments, bonuses, promotions, demotions, remunerations, benefits, misconducts, disciplinary proceedings, attendance, and leave.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis; design and deliver training programs.
  • Establish job descriptions for all posts.
  • Ensure timely submission of Performance Evaluation Reports.
  • Prepare cases for bonus, increment, and promotion eligibility.
  • Implement effective complaint handling procedures.
  • Research and advise on competitive salary and benefits structures.
  • Report employee misconduct to the competent authority.
  • Communicate HR policies, job descriptions, working conditions, remuneration, benefits, and opportunities to employees.
  • Represent the organization in HR-related cases.
