The IEIS Group is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated professional to join its Lahore-based team as the Head of Student Conversion & Engagement. This leadership role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding education consultancy firm dedicated to international student recruitment and guidance.

  • Lead and manage student conversion strategies across all stages of the admissions funnel.
  • Design and execute student engagement campaigns to enhance communication, trust, and brand loyalty.
  • Develop and implement data-driven approaches to monitor and boost student conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure consistent messaging and support.
  • Supervise and train counselling and student services staff to optimize service delivery.
  • Utilize CRM tools and analytics platforms to streamline workflows and track performance metrics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education partners to provide personalized support and consultation.
  • Innovate and improve existing student support systems and engagement channels.
">Required Qualifications and Skills:">

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Study Abroad / International Education industry.

Proven track record of leading conversion campaigns and managing high-performing teams.

Strong understanding of international student recruitment processes and country-specific admission trends (UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

">

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a student-first mindset.

Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and performance analytics tools is a plus.
