Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive business results through expert social media management.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to create and execute campaigns that maximize reach and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for organic growth and performance marketing.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for optimal ROI.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using professional tools for segmentation and tracking.
  • Plan and create visual content strategies to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving platform algorithms and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management and performance marketing (UK market experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and growth tactics.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
