Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for synergy across various functions and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process documentation, work instructions, and tools to support execution.
  • Create analytics platforms and develop cross-functional team capabilities for resource allocation and KPI monitoring.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 6-8 years of leadership experience in sales effectiveness or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
