Technology Executive Position

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities and have excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • We are seeking a strategic thinker who can provide direction and execute strategies to achieve the organization's objectives.
  • The incumbent should have exposure to working with government institutions and multi-funding agencies involved in implementing new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Exercising executive powers and authorities as delegated by the Board of Directors.
  2. Developing and executing strategies in consultation with other members of the team.
  3. Maintaining close liaison with the Chairman and the Board of Directors and keeping them updated on the Company's activities.
  4. Executing and implementing all projects, directions, and decisions of the Board of Directors.
  5. Representing the organization and interacting with various institutional divisions, as well as externally to the media, government agencies, funding agencies, and/or the general public.
About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of business issues being faced by the industry and development institutions, including policy, economic development, technology needs, skill needs, commercialization, management, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships necessary for furtherance of the Company's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of relevant experience, of which at least 5 years in top management positions. A Doctoral or Masters degree in Technology Management would be an added advantage.
