As a Strategic Onboarding Expert, you will lead the successful integration of clients into our HubSpot strategy. You will play a key role in sales calls to showcase the capabilities of HubSpot and develop customized solutions for prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design tailored implementation plans for clients based on their goals, personas, and buyer journeys.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring seamless communication from pre-sale to execution.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables, meeting high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to review performance, address questions, and discuss strategic direction.

You will possess an in-depth understanding of HubSpot and be skilled at translating complex needs into effective strategies. You will be confident in leading conversations with clients and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub experience preferred).
  • Previous experience in client success, project management, or digital strategy roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
