Job Title: US Recruiter
Location: Karachi - Night shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in Pakistan and the USA.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build effective hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using sourcing platforms.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience aligned with company values.
- Provide HR support in areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and support data-driven hiring decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (preferably in high growth environments).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Passion for people, culture, and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
Nice to Have:
- Experience hiring for customer support/customer experience roles.
- Knowledge of data-driven recruitment practices and analytics.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100, Rs140,000.00 per month
