Financial Operations Leader

This role requires an experienced professional to oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. The Senior Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient financial systems, managing client accounts, and overseeing a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop key financial processes and procedures to support client needs.
- Oversee and manage financial operations for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team managers to maintain the highest standard of work across the team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Lead project management initiatives related to financial tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a management role.
- Proven experience with US startup or SMB accounting, preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other comparable platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
