Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Fiber Installation Specialist.

The role involves the installation, splicing and maintenance of fiber optic cables for high-speed connections.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing OTDR testing, troubleshooting and fault isolation, ensuring proper fiber splicing techniques and maintaining cable integrity.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with colleagues to resolve connectivity issues and provide timely services to customers.

The position also requires regular maintenance checks to ensure network stability and efficiency, as well as accurate reporting of daily tasks and fiber optic infrastructure.

Qualifications
  • A degree or certification in Fiber Optics, Telecommunications or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in FTTH splicing and installation, preferably 1–2 years, is essential.
  • The candidate should have a strong knowledge of OTDR, VFL and other fiber optic tools, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required.
