Legacy Tech is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Design Front Seller to join their sales and design acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Bark, a solid understanding of design services (website & marketing), and the ability to convert bark leads into long-term clients.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying project opportunities, pitching design solutions, and maintaining a strong conversion rate on Bark.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the digital design ecosystem and has a knack for closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively respond to Bark leads with customized proposals and service offerings
  • Understand client design requirements and communicate effectively to align with their goals
  • Collaborate with the internal design team to deliver accurate timelines, pricing, and expectations
  • Closed leads through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and optimize a high proposal-to-conversion ratio
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to adjust selling strategies
  • Manage project handovers with clarity and completeness for smooth execution
  • Report weekly conversion rates and feedback to the sales and design departments
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience working on Bark as a sales/front seller for design services
  • Strong portfolio of successful conversions and client communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of design services(website & marketing)
  • Ability to craft tailored proposals and communicate value clearly
  • Experience in using CRMs or sales tracking tools is a plus
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Benefits:

This is an entry-level position offering a competitive salary range of $700-$900 per month.

Successful candidates will be based in Karachi Division, Sindh, Pakistan.

Referrals are welcome and can increase the chances of interviewing by 2x.
