Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Business Developer to join our team at Cotton & Cotton. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the success of our franchising business, developing and managing franchisee opportunities.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new franchisees and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets for launching new franchisees.
  • Negotiate franchise agreements with franchisees, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Launch and grow franchisees according to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Create sales strategies to promote franchise opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify areas for franchise expansion.
  3. Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate franchise agreements that meet both parties' needs.
  4. Franchise Management: Oversee the launch and growth of new franchisees.
  5. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

Selling Skills: Proven ability to sell concepts and business strategies.

Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations.

Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality.

Analytical Thinking: Understanding of franchisor businesses and ability to align franchisee requirements.

Results-Oriented: A results-driven professional with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in store/franchise development and management.
