Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for determining customer requirements, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.

You will also be expected to offer complementary products whenever possible, conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads, establish communication with existing and prospective customers via phone, email and in-person interactions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and website FAQs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and call center roles. They should also possess proficiency in CRM practices and systems, a customer-centric attitude with a professional demeanor, strong multitasking, time management and target achievement skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Determine customer requirements, address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Offer complementary products whenever possible.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Establish communication with existing and prospective customers via phone, email and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and website FAQs.
  • Nurture positive relationships with customers.
  • Prepare and send customized quotes and proposals.
  • Utilize specific software programs to manage the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a CRM database.
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in regular team meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in customer service and call center roles is required. Proficiency in CRM practices and systems is essential. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong multitasking, time management and target achievement skills.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Selling skills: persuasion, telephone sales, customer focus, meeting customer needs and closing deals.

  • Effective communication skills: ability to communicate and influence over the phone and web.
