
Sales Performance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet product targets, drive sales performance, and improve dealer relationships.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of core products and utilize this expertise to sell solutions to dealers.
- Ensure dealers' salesmen have sufficient product knowledge, particularly new launches and high-end products.
- Achieve overall sales and collection targets, monitor bad debts, and extended credit limits.
- Provide feedback on new models and suggest product improvements.
- Monitor competitor activities, sales volume, and promotional events, providing regular feedback to the Business Manager.
- Coordinate logistics between warehouses and sales planning.
- Optimize the use of company properties such as product displays and shop fronts.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales-Service departments at assigned branches, resolving day-to-day matters and coordinating after-sales service and product quality issues with the Business Manager.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these red areas.
- Take corrective actions when values are violated by associates.
- Collect orders, create invoices, and ensure timely delivery and payments from dealers.
Requirements
- A strong sales background with 2-3 years of experience.
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to travel for business purposes.
