Senior Consulting Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consulting Manager to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience and hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Management: Collaborate with the business development team for client onboarding, deliverables as per scope of work including financial statement preparation, setup of accounting/ERP systems, payroll processing in USA, CA, EU, and manage team members effectively.
  • Client Relations and Communication: Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery, demonstrate excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills with clarity and concision, exhibit open-mindedness, confidence, empathy, and respect in all client interactions.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Act as a team leader, planner, and organizer, fostering teamwork and collaboration, drive initiatives and changes with a strategic management approach, promote a strong work ethic, independence, and self-motivation within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consultancy and management.
  • Financial Skills: Financial reporting (IFRS and US GAAP), management reporting, auditing.
  • Accounting Software/ERP: ODOO, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Sage, QBO/GBP, Wave apps, XERO, Zoho.
  • Job-Related Skills: Strategic management and initiative-driven, knowledge of US, CA & EU markets, online markets, and selling platforms, payroll software like Gusto and ADP.

As a Senior Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic management initiatives, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering client relationships.
