Sales Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Sales Manager for UPS Solutions to join our team at Hireright in Pakistan.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets for UPS & Data Centers. You will implement strategies to grow business profitability and meet individual orders, margins, and cash flow targets.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of the sales process and customer relationship from initial contract to proposal development and customer feedback. You will also maintain good relationships with customers, sales, technical, and service teams to ensure continued market growth.
Continuous follow-up with clients is essential to develop a healthy relationship for generating future business. Additionally, you will be responsible for the collection of debts from corporate and individual clients within agreed time frames.
Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and seminars is another critical aspect of this role.
Requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Individual should be excellent in the use of MS Office.
