Project Lead

A Technical Project Manager leads project planning and execution for established initiatives. They ensure projects meet specifications, time frames, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success in scope, budget, and timeline.
  2. Create comprehensive project plans merging client requirements with company objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
  4. Communicate proactively with involved personnel to provide encouragement and identify problems.
  5. Analyze the economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback.
  6. Review proposed modifications to project plans.
  7. Oversee mobile and web application development projects.
  8. Implement Agile methodologies for quality delivery within timelines.
  9. Lead a team of software developers, SQAs, and designers.
  10. Anticipate future project details by communicating with customers and staying informed of industry trends.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. 8-12 years of software development experience with 3-4 years as a Project/Development Manager/Lead.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Agile Frameworks.
  4. Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes.
  5. Experience mentoring and developing rising talent.
  6. Offshore software development experience.
  7. Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  8. Professional Project Management Certification is a plus.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
