We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the sales of solar systems for residential and commercial properties. As a Solar Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical and commercial solutions to clients interested in harnessing the benefits of renewable energy.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of solar system design, installation, and operation, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Visits: Conduct thorough assessments of potential solar projects for clients, evaluating feasibility and potential.
  • Solar System Design: Propose optimal solar systems based on client needs, budget, and site conditions.
  • Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed technical and financial proposals to clients.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Close deals with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Coordination: Work with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to deliver solar projects on time and to quality standards.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support and service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy.
  • At least 1 year of experience in solar sales, engineering, or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar system design, installation, and operation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu, with knowledge of other local languages an asset.
