Drive Solar Energy Sales Growth

We are seeking a skilled Trainee Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the solar energy market. As a key player in driving sales growth, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities in the solar energy industry.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Proposal Development: Develop high-quality proposals and presentations for prospective clients to showcase our company's expertise and value proposition.
  • Event Participation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and build relationships with potential clients and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in solar energy sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
