Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Manager
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content teams to create visually compelling posts and stories.
  • Monitor trends, pop culture moments, and news to produce timely and relevant content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive community tone.
  • Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars and campaigns.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics; provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Support influencer collaborations and UGC initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of all major platforms and their nuances.
  • Excellent writing, captioning, and communication skills.
  • A strong eye for design and visual storytelling (experience with Canva or Adobe is a plus).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A genuine passion for social media and digital culture.
