Job Opportunity for Healthcare Data AnalystAbout the Role

The company is seeking a skilled and detail-driven data analyst to support the development and maintenance of healthcare dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of healthcare data (including claims, EHR, and clinical quality measures), and experience translating business needs into clear technical documentation.

  • Define and validate data requirements for large-scale healthcare datasets stored in ClickHouse.
  • Work closely with clinical, product, and analytics teams to define technical data requirements that support VBC initiatives.
  • Translate regulatory and clinical program specifications into structured requirements suitable for implementation in ClickHouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and validate SQL queries in ClickHouse to support dashboards, financial models, and population health analytics.
  • Conduct rigorous data validation and profiling to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and conformance with CMS, NCQA, and HEDIS standards.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and QA to verify the proper implementation of data models and pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst in a healthcare technology or analytics setting.
  • Advanced SQL skills with practical experience in MS SQL, ClickHouse or other columnar databases.
