Senior Accounting Analyst

We seek a seasoned accounting professional to lead our financial reporting operations and drive business excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare critical financial statements with precision. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  2. Own Month-End & Year-End Closings: Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met and accounts are reconciled.
  3. Drive Audit & Compliance: Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  4. Manage Taxation & Regulatory Filings: Ensure accurate and timely filing of all taxes, including VAT and corporate taxes.
  5. Enhance Internal Controls & Processes: Strengthen internal controls to ensure financial integrity and safeguard assets.
  6. Mentor & Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and develop junior accountants, ensuring exceptional performance.
  7. Support Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate on the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts that influence business strategy.
  8. Drive Strategic Financial Decisions: Work with senior leadership to provide financial insights that inform key business decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  2. CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification preferred.
  3. 4+ years of hands-on experience in financial reporting and accounting.
  4. Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proven ability to manage audits, prepare complex reports, and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

Occasional travel may be required for audits or stakeholder meetings.
