Job Description

LDP Logistics is currently seeking an Associate Logistics Operations professional to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth movement of goods.

  1. Auction all emails with minimum response time to maintain efficient communication channels.
  2. Update internal sheets and company web portals daily to reflect accurate information.
  3. Deliver timely documentation for delivery orders, bills of lading, release documents, proof of delivery, rate confirmation, and load confirmation.
  4. Plan and track shipments of final products according to customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Recruit and coordinate logistics staff as needed to meet operational demands.
  6. Communicate effectively with suppliers, retailers, customers, and truckers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory for effective communication.
  • Prior experience in a 3PL logistics organization is strongly preferred, but not essential.
  • Supply chain graduates or undergraduates are encouraged to apply, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
  • Candidates must be quick learners, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple processes, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle overseas customers effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel functions are essential.
  • Experience may be substituted for education if the applicant has strong knowledge and skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of 40,000 to 50,000 PKR, along with fringe benefits including health insurance, bi-annual bonuses, and paid leaves.
