Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with key accounts.

The role of the Senior Executive, Account Management involves functioning as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts. This includes developing and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, analyzing upcoming needs and opportunities, negotiating contracts to maximize profits, and responsible for Month-over-Month growth of all assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between our organization and assigned accounts.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and suggest solutions to improve profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, client satisfaction, and retention rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
