Asphalt Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asphalt Plant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our asphalt plant.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate plant operations within established company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Establish and direct plant policies and procedures to ensure efficient production.
  • Responsible for achieving plant production goals.
  • Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping activities.
  • Responsible for scheduling all shift production schedules.
  • Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff to meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular employee performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize and lead plant meetings to promote communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure product quality control standards are met.
  • Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements:

  2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
