We are seeking an Electronics Operations Manager to lead our plant and utility maintenance teams. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all plants, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, sourcing spare parts, coordinating with factory management, and installing new plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • All Plant & Utility Maintenance: Develop and implement strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Preventive Maintenance Schedule Implementation: Design and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule to reduce equipment failures.
  • Spare Part Arrangement: Procure spare parts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Coordination with Factory Management: Collaborate with factory management to prioritize jobs and allocate resources effectively.
  • New Plant Installation: Oversee the installation of new plants, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Departmental Efficiency: Maintain high departmental efficiency by resolving issues promptly and promoting a culture of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PLC Programming: Proficient in programming PLCs to automate plant operations.
  • DC Drivers and Power Distribution: Knowledge of DC drivers and power distribution systems to ensure reliable plant operation.
  • MS Office: Skilled in using MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to create reports and presentations.
  • Communication and Numerical Skills: Excellent communication and numerical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive Approach: Proactive approach to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Guiding/Coaching Skills: Ability to guide and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Report Writing and Budgeting: Experienced in writing reports and creating budgets to monitor and control plant expenses.
  • Cost Consciousness and Inventory Control: Demonstrated cost consciousness and inventory control skills to optimize plant operations.
  • Project Management and Manpower Planning: Skilled in project management and manpower planning to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Time Management and H.S.E.: Ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Positive Attitude and Behavior: Positive attitude and behavior to lead by example and promote a positive work environment.
  • I.S.O. Certification: Possession of I.S.O. certification to demonstrate commitment to quality and excellence.
