Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will play a vital part in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for maintaining a satisfactory and good environment between production, warehouse, maintenance, and marketing according to GMP and GLP standards. They will also manage the smooth working and technical activities in QC, authorize the release or rejection of Raw Material, Packaging Material, In-process Product, and finished products on valid grounds.

The QCM will review and monitor objectives on a regular basis, revise them when needed, evaluate the laboratory's capabilities, and ensure that it can perform tests as per specifications and standards. They will also be responsible for all purchases made in the laboratory, raised requisitions containing the specification of reagents, equipment, glassware, chemicals, and microbiological articles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a good working environment according to GMP and GLP standards
  • Manage QC activities and technical processes
  • Authorize release or rejection of materials and products
  • Evaluate laboratory capabilities and performance
  • Ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Job Specification

This role requires a strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures, chemistry, mathematics, production, and processing. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of documentation, stenography, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate should possess critical thinking, monitoring, and systems analysis skills. They should be able to determine how a system should work, identify measures or indicators of system performance, and take corrective action to improve outcomes.

We are looking for a professional who can enforce GMP compliance in production, QC, and warehouses, supervise the maintenance of log registers, and ensure the inventories and consumption records of reagents and glassware are accurate.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
