Lead Design & Proposal Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Lead Design and Proposal Engineer who has a passion for developing solutions to complex problems.

Awarded with over 30 years of experience, our state-of-the-art solutions have helped numerous industries achieve their productivity targets.

About the Role:
  • Our ideal candidate will review and analyze RFQs to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
  • They will also propose turn-key solutions, ensuring all OEM ethical and legal standards are met.
  • The successful candidate will execute international bids and proposals while minimizing risk.
  • Responsibilities include timely submission of proposals, OEM and vendor coordination, negotiations, and cost analysis.
  • Maintaining business relationships with vendors and OEMs, as well as enhancing supply chains.
  • Team development, including Subject Matter Specialists (SMEs), and resource management.
  • New initiatives for business growth by adding new OEM/solutions.
  • Preparing prequalification, tender documentation, method statements, and bids.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics engineering.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in design and proposals.
  • Experience in design and proposals of below solutions: PLC/RTU/DCS/ESD/F&G, Electrical and Instrumentation, Digitalization, SCADA System, Solar System.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of oil and gas industry standards.
