About Our Solution Architect Role

As a seasoned technology leader, you will play a key role in shaping our solution architecture and driving business success. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in software development, cloud platforms, data engineering, and generative AI to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand business objectives, constraints, and opportunities for growth.
  2. Design high-level solution architectures and recommend suitable technology stacks that meet our clients' needs.
  3. Provide early technical guidance on approach, feasibility, and scope, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  4. Recommend team structure and skills required for successful delivery, taking into account the latest industry trends and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to shape proposals, statements of work, and ensure seamless execution.
  6. Stay current with emerging technologies, including software engineering, data platforms, and generative AI, to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  1. 8–12 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a proven track record of delivering projects across diverse business domains.
  2. Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architecture patterns, with expertise in designing scalable and secure solutions.
  3. Exposure to data engineering tools and workflows, including ETL pipelines, data lakes, warehousing, and other related technologies.
  4. Familiarity with generative AI technologies, such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and other relevant concepts.
  5. Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  6. Prior experience in technical consulting or solution engineering is highly beneficial, but not required.
