Job Description

We're looking for a Product Innovation Leader to drive excellence in our product offerings. As a key member of our dynamic Product Team, you will shape the future of our products and influence thousands of users.

You'll Have The Chance To
  • Shape Ideas: Turn concepts into actionable product plans, driving new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate: Work with engineering and design teams to develop products that meet user needs.
  • Impact Millions: Influence the behavior of millions of users and create meaningful experiences.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop user personas, stories, interaction flows, and sitemaps.
  2. Work with designers and engineers to create wireframes and prototypes.
  3. Define product features and write detailed specifications/PRDs.
  4. Create wireframes to guide user experience design.
  5. Analyze user click flows and generate insights.
  6. Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure quality delivery.
  7. Coordinate with Engineering for timely solutions.
  8. Design and execute experiments, analyze results, and recommend actions.
  9. Support customer support, sales, and marketing with feature descriptions and release content.
  10. Suggest and implement product improvements.
  11. Validate releases, bug fixes, and new features.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of product management experience.
  2. Deep understanding of customer experience and market growth strategies.
  3. Knowledge of databases and software development processes.
  4. Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineers and understand user perspectives.
  5. Experience with user stories, backlog management tools like Jira, Asana, Slack.
  6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban.
  7. Wireframing and prototyping skills using tools like Figma or Sketch.
  8. Strong problem-solving and empathy skills.
  9. Excellent English communication skills and team motivation ability.
  10. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  11. Preferably a bachelor's degree in CS.
