A Pre-Sales Engineer is needed to provide technical guidance and support to clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to clients during pre-sales engagements.
  • Solution Design and Development: Design customized Telecom/IT solutions based on customer needs, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  • Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC): Plan, coordinate, and execute product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and pilot projects for prospective customers.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with OEM partners to validate solution designs, pricing, and compatibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical sales engineering role with major Telecom/IT vendors.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical expertise in at least one or more of the following domains: Wireless/Cellular Technologies, Information Technology, IP/Data Communications.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proposal writing and solution presentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
